Property Types:

Office, Hotel, Retail, Residential, Industrial, Joint-Venture, Equity Investment for Renovations, Repositioning, Development, and Value Added Projects
Investment Size: $5,000,000 - $25,000,000 Equity Investment
Timing: Equity to return to Consortium within 5 years
Return Requirements: Investments must return a minimum leveraged IRR of 15% to Consortium Capital
Construction: All construction will be performed by Union Contractors
Participation: Consortium Capital will invest up to 100% of the equity required for each transaction
