 RESTON SUNRISE Address: The Bernstein Companies acquired Sunrise I, a 60,000 square feet building, in a joint venture with Clover Development in 2000. Shortly thereafter, the partnership built an additional 83,000 square feet with the development of Sunrise II, which was completed in 2002. The buildings, located between Reston Parkway and Fairfax County Parkway, offer ease of access to Reston Town Center, Dulles Airport, and various residential communities in Fairfax, Reston and Herndon. Sunrise I is anchored by the United States Office of the Courts, and Sunrise II is leased to the Bureau of Indian Affairs and Richmond American Homes.
