1990 K Street is a downtown office building with seven stories of commercial space and a two story retail plaza located on the prime corner of 20th and K Street. Major tenants include various GSA agencies such as The Department of Education, who are offered outstanding views and easy access to all of downtown Washington. The Bernstein Companies have upgraded the building. As part of building upgrades completed in 2001 and 2002, The Bernstein Companies renovated and re-tenanted the 56,000 square foot retail plaza, a key component to repositioning the building to a more active tenant base.
